	To benefit local historic preservation efforts, GIS students have mapped the location of historic homes, important sites in the Memory Hill Cemetery, built a 3D model of the historic men's prison located on Hwy 22 and the Old Georgia Capital building located on Georgia Military College campus. Students have also focused on providing alternate transportation and recreation to the community.
